I was born in Orange Walk, Belize and moved to the United States when I was 4 years old and became an American citizen in 2018. I am both fluent in Spanish and English. I have an Associate’s degree in General Studies from Florida Southwestern College (FSW). I am currently attending FSW and pursuing a degree in Paralegal Studies. I am also a Notary in the State of Florida. I’ve always been told knowledge is power growing up, and I intend to use my studies to expand my knowledge both professionally and personally.
Walking into The Law Office of Marc L. Shapiro, P.A., I was a nervous wreck not knowing what I was getting myself into. I started with the firm in 2019. In the time I have been with the firm, I have learned so much! I enjoy helping clients during a difficult time in their life and making it easier for them each step of the way. Going above and beyond for each client and case has a soul filling purpose for myself.
My ability to communicate clearly with clients, excellent organizational skills and attentiveness to detail and accuracy has helped me come this far within the firm. I am lucky to have a place where I enjoy what I do and work closely my colleagues to fulfill our client’s needs.
Growing up in the foster system in Florida, it has molded me to thrive to help others during a time in need, regardless of the situation. I enjoy spending time with my children and husband. When I am not helping clients out, I enjoy listening to music, cooking, baking, and of course doing my homework for school.
“There is no greater challenge than to have someone relying upon you; no greater satisfaction than to vindicate his expectation.”
