Aly Hernandez
Aly M. Hernandez G. was born in Barcelona, Venezuela where she studied at the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho University. She obtained her law degree with a specialization in labor law. While working for the Baker and McKenzie Agency in Venezuela she acquired experience in civil, labor, and criminal law.
In 2015 she moved to the City of Nashville, Tennessee where she was involved in the healthcare field. While there she advanced her English/Spanish skills in translating medical and business terminology with Hispanic clientele.
Currently, she is involved working in personal injury practice as a Spanish Client Coordinator. She works directly with new clients by assisting them with contact information, along with helping them feel supported through communication in their native language in accordance with protocols, ensuring cases are managed efficiently.
According to Aly, she enjoys her position and assisting the Hispanic community in legal matters.
“I’m very happy to be part of this firm working with clients and helping them through the case process. I especially enjoy being able to help our Spanish-speaking clients feel understood without struggling through the usual barriers of communicating in a foreign language”.
On her free days Aly enjoys traveling and visiting new places with her husband. At home she enjoys cooking some of her hometown favorites.
