Marc L. Shapiro has been practicing
law in Florida since 1992 primarily in the areas of Personal Injury/Wrongful death;
Real Estate transactions, Real Estate Foreclosure Law and General Civil Litigation.
Attorney Shapiro graduated in 1989 with Honors from Kent State University and
received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1992 from the University of Akron School
of Law. While in school, Marc received several awards and recognition for his
scholastic and personal achievements including the Pierce Memorial award for public
speaking, and admission into the Golden Key National Honor Society. Attorney
Shapiro worked his way through Law school while clerking for the prestigious and
nationally recognized law firm of Neuremberg, Plevin, Heller & McCarthy located
in Cleveland, Ohio. Marc is currently admitted to practice
in both the State of Florida and the United States District Court. Since becoming
a lawyer in 1992, Mr. Shapiro has been a member of the following Law related organizations:
American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Collier County Bar Association,
The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America
(ATLA), and The American Inns of Court Foundation. Recently
Attorney Shapiro has completed an arbitration training program through Stetson
University of Law which makes Marc an eligible court appointed arbitrator. Marc
received national recognition as the "Business Man of the Year 2004."
